NaturEra Refund Policy

Food supplements and other perishable goods are not eligible for return. As NaturEra products are food-based natural supplements, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

In addition, NaturEra follows strict quality control and safety standards across all products. To maintain compliance with these standards and to protect customer health, we do not allow any products to be returned to our warehouse after they have left our facilities. Once a product has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee how it has been stored or handled, which is why this policy is in place.

Shipping and Delivery

NaturEra is not responsible for goods that are lost, delayed, or damaged by third-party shipping providers such as DHL, FedEx, postal services, or other carriers.

In cases where an order does not arrive or arrives damaged, NaturEra may issue a discretionary refund after reviewing the circumstances. If approved, refunds will always be issued to the original payment method. This does not affect your rights under any of our money-back guarantees described below.

Refunds and Returns Are Not Granted for the Following Reasons

Taste Preference

We aim to produce high-quality supplements that are pleasant to consume. However, taste is subjective and varies from person to person. Refunds cannot be issued based solely on flavour preference rather than product performance.
If you have followed the directions and experienced no noticeable benefit, you may contact our support team and we will review your case for a possible discretionary refund.

Allergic Reactions or Ingredient Sensitivities

All ingredients are clearly listed on each product label. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and consult a healthcare professional before purchase if needed. Refunds cannot be granted due to allergies or sensitivities. For questions prior to ordering, our customer service team is happy to assist.

Ordering More Than Intended

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned. If you believe you placed an incorrect order quantity, please contact our support team at support@naturera.com within 48 hours of purchase. We may be able to intervene before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Ordering the Wrong Product

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct product. If you are uncertain which product best suits your needs, we recommend contacting our support team prior to ordering.
If you realise an error immediately after purchase, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, a refund or return will not be possible. Customer support responses are provided on business days and may take up to 24 hours.

Financial Hardship

We understand that personal circumstances can change. If you are concerned about future purchases, we recommend choosing a one-time purchase instead of a subscription. Subscriptions can be resumed at a later date when circumstances improve.
